When is the right time to plant?
Honeybee and Pollinator Production has a minimum germination temp of 50 °F. Reference your average soil temperature to determine ideal planting time.

Ingredients
Flax, Phacelia, Radish, Cabbage, White Gold Mustard, Brown Mustard, Hairy Vetch, Red Clover, Sweet Clover, Berseem Clover, Sainfoin, Alfalfa, White Clover, Small Burnet, White Heath Aster, Stiff Goldenrod, Buckwheat, Sunflower, and Elevated Fungi Biological Inoculant
Planting Instructions
Drill seed at 1/8" - 1/4" depth or broadcast and lightly incorporate when soil temperatures are 50 degrees or higher.
Timing
Wait to plant until after the last frost and soil temperatures are above 50 degrees and rising. Planting of these mixes should be completed by midsummer.
Seeding Rate
Plant 25 pounds per acre when seeding with a no-till drill or other planting implement and 35 pounds per acre when broadcasting.
