Perennial Pollinator
Our Perennial Pollinator Mix is designed to create a constant supply of flowering plants throughout the growing season. For every yield-robbing pest, there are 1,700 other insects that are beneficial. In order to build beneficial populations, you need to supply food and shelter. This mix covers both areas with our blend of clovers and other legumes providing flowers from early spring until winter. Forbs like Plantain, Chicory, and Small Burnett create the perfect home for shelter and laying eggs. If you want to promote a consistent life in your field, this is the mix for you! Green Cover Seed was not able to source these seeds from organic production. We certify that to the best of our knowledge these seeds are non-GMO and not treated with pesticides and that all coatings and inoculants are manufactured to organic standard This product is pre-inoculated with Elevate'd Fungi and Rhizo-Fixer Plus, to increase the biological activity in your soil. Elevate'd Fungi is a seed applied inoculant derived from natural products designed to stimulate seed germination, increase root and biological biomass in the soil, and improve soil structure. Cowpeas, mung beans and soybeans provide the nitrogen to power the mix while the millets and BMR sorghum sudan provide lots of tons of high quality forage. The Cool Season Grazing Mix is designed for maximum nutrition and diversity for any type of livestock. With a seeding rate of 90lbs/ac and 6 different cool season species, you are sure to grow the tonnage you are looking for. The legumes provide protein, while the grasses increase the tonnage, and the brassicas and broadleaves add diversity for both above and below ground animals.
