Plant this mix in the early spring to attract turkey and deer and to suppress weeds. Clovers are excellent bugging habitat for the turkeys and high protein forage for the deer.

*This Product Is Inoculated*

All the clovers and alfalfa are pre-inoculated with Exceed Precoat from Visjon Biologics, a long lasting formulation chocked full of bacteria that will take nitrogen from the atmosphere and convert it to plant-available forms of nitrogen for the clover and alfalfa plants.

Also include Elevate Ag's HyprGerm biological stimulant applied right on the seed. HyprGerm contains nutrients, hormones and enzymes from kelp extract, worm castings, chitosan, and humic acid for increased seed germination, plant vigor, root growth and soil biological stimulation. Healthier and more vigorous plants will lead to healthier animals and bigger antlers!

This product includes a packet of Micro Noc: Multi-Spectrum (OMRI approved). Packet size scales with the amount of seed.

Ingredients

Kentucky Pride Crimson Clover, Balady Berseem Clover, Persian Clover, Alfalfa, Hubam Annual Sweet Clover, Indian Head Lentils, Endure Chicory

Planting Instructions

Early Start is an ideal blend to be used with the frost seeding technique. The best results will occur when planted in an area with no or limited competition. Broadcasting is recommended. Otherwise, drill at 1/2” depth.

Timing

Plant Early Start Release just before the last snow or the last few frosts of the season prior to spring green up. It’s better to plant a bit early than late as melting snow and/or thawing frost are key to ensuring the seeds get through last year's thatch to make great contact with the soil.

Seeding Rate

Plant 25 pounds per acre when seeding with a no-till drill or other planting implement.
