Corn Interseeding Mix (for V3-V6 stage) has a minimum germination temp of 60 °F. Reference your average soil temperature to determine ideal planting time.

Ingredients
Hairy Vetch, Medium Red Clover, Crimson Clover, Annual Ryegrass, Radish, Rapeseed, Flax, Buckwheat, Bolster L Green Inoculant, and Elevate'd Fungi Inoculant
Planting Instructions
Drill seed at 3/4" to 1" depth or broadcast and lightly incorporate when soil temperatures are 60 degrees or higher.
Timing
Drill or broadcast mix into corn at V3-V6 stage.
Seeding Rate
Drill seed at 16 pounds per acre. Broadcast seed at 28 pounds per acre.
